The penuts project is an investigation into the life of triops under realistic conditions. As this is my first time having triops, the first generation will be followed by the book and as much information as possible will be taken from advice sites and friends who also raise(d) triops in order to try and give them a happy and long life.
Every generation there after will be hatched differently, fed different foods, and kept in various amounts of water with different decorations.
At no point are the triops intended to be harmed. This is taking methods which are known to be safe and seeing how they effect the activity and life span of the triops.
